Witness Tells Congressional Investigators How Taxes are Evaded Abroad

Heinrich Keiber, a witness who supplied US investigators with information on how American and European clients evaded taxes by using secret bank accounts, some of those accounts arranged by banking giant UBS in the US, testified before Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs investigations subcommittee today, by videotape.
